STEP 1: DETERMINE THE CATEGORY OF SUBMISSION

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM
As primary author, complete the online form with your contact information and co-presenter name(s), if applicable. The online form is to be completed in one sitting. We recommended that you peruse the entire form, gather your information, then cut/paste into the online form.
STEP 3: ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
After completing the online submission form, email the following (Word format) files to: NursingResearchSym@gmail.com Subject Line: Symposium Submission
1. FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP FORM (FRF)
In addition to completing the online form, a financial relationship form (formerly COI form) is required for all
primary authors. CLICK HERE to download the FRF.
2. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Along with the FRF, submit your one page abstract (in Word format) with formatting as follows:
A) One page, 8.5”x11”, Word Format B) 12 Times Roman font C) One inch margins all around.
